The Savage is real good on the road, for SHORT trips. The stock seat foam feels like concrete after about 50 miles. I just finished rebuilding my seat with layers of mil-spec Ensolite sleeping pad foam, hard as hell, but no more pressure points. When Memphis thaws/dries out, should be much better.
If you can ride a GZ that far, the Savage will likely be a breeze.
